A five year strategic plan is developed and updated each year by the Management Team which is approved annually by the board of the Association. The plan is based around an excellence framework covering seven areas: Leadership, Customer and Market Focus, People, Strategy and Planning, Innovation Quality and Improvement, Knowledge and Information and Success and Sustainability. The plan is also used to assess the overall performance of the CEO and the management team.
Through the framework it is planned to accomplish the following:
- Ensuring that Christian purpose, world view and shared values drive everything we do at Rehoboth
- That the Vision, Mission and Purpose of Rehoboth is sustained successful as long as the Association wishes to operate
- Develop leadership skills in staff, students and parents in order to ensure the continued success of the College and its purposes in years to come
- Building higher levels of involvement in areas of planning and decision making
- Encouraging and developing innovation that is unique to our system and culture of education
- Where all people at all levels at Rehoboth are able to exercise leadership
- Where the strategic plan provides the basis for everyday activities and reporting at all levels
- Provide levels of administration and operation that are excellent, efficient and cost effective
- That the outcomes achieved are of the highest standard and are aligned to the needs and expectations of our key stakeholders
